First of all, I am all new to ebay, so help and advice is pretty much appreciated.
I am planning to purchase a commodity from ebay us @ $25 (payment option paypal) For that I have already tried paying by Indian credit and debit cards. Well I wasted $2 as verfication, but couldn't place an order.
So, can I place the order using paypal?? What is the procedure for that(please explain the procedure in brief).
And after I have placed the order, will the seller send it at my doorstep? ( the seller is a UK seller)
And moreover will this purchase will attract customs due to its import nature???
As per my knowledge import not exceeding 5000 is not chargeable.
