I was trying to bye a mobile battery BR 1665BO. With this transaction, I wanted to redeem the stored payback points. The transaction was failed due to problem in net banking. But the points were deducted. From last two days I am waiting for the return of these ponts. Please let me know, when they will come back in my account?
