you people are not responding properly you customer service is very bad.
your customer service people are misguided me towards claim and finally supervisors NIDHI and Sunny Kumar also misguided me . if these people dont know anything about returns why you people continuing in these posts. every one from the normal costumer care officer to senior supervisor no one is having any idea about problem solving . every time they are said that please wait for 72 hours we will contact you no one contacted me no one contacted me . one of you costumer care officer directly said that we are not responsible for your money just do what ever you want . we are paying money in eBay and ordering product in eBay , you people are the responsible for that but you people are simply saying wait for 72 hours our claims department will call you, nothing will happen in 72 hours again i need to call you again same reply . is there is a necessary a costumer care officers and supervisors for giving same answers to every one just put a robot
i almost waited for 3months. I contacted almost 25 times to customer care no one solved my problem . you people not delivering the promise. i really pity for your poor services
please return my money and i never suggest anyone to buy on ebay
