I have orderd for Original Lenovo Battery B (Rs.389/-) on 3-1-2018 and was assured to get by 7th or 8th Jan. On 7th I got a message that I will get refund of Rs.389/- since its shipment was unable. on 11th I got another message that the amount will be refunded within three working days. But today it is 20-1-18 and so far I have not received my money back. Refund Ref.No.LUR25936601428 and claim for PsP ID:46566414831. Pl. take necessary action to get my money back immediately without any further dalay.
