I bought Lava Iris 458Q mobile (Item Id: ***) on eBay on 23-Jul-2013
I received the Product on the next day itself, but with defects,
I also raised a claim and its details as follow

And reshipped the item to the seller and received the Replacement all went nice
as eBay customer care executive said that for the return shipping charges I'll be getting eBay Gift COUPON for the Return shipment charges after calim was solved,
But the Claim was closed on 08-Aug-2013 and Till now I didn't received any Coupon from eBay and I contacted eBay throuch Online chat on 13-Aug-2013 and they said I'll be getting COUPON within 3-4 working days..
