It seems to be used item and there are many issues including battery life. What type of e-bay guraentee is this? The service request was registered on 3rd june for reopening ebay claim id. The call was expected within 5 days. No one contacted from ebay. I hope ebay wants to improve its services.The other competitive websites accepts returns and gives refunds.
