I received a used/old phone cover from the seller on 31/12/14 and put up a claim on 1/1/15. Couriered the item back to the seller on 2/1/15. Ebay asked for the scan courier copy on 2/1/15 and I sent on 2/1/15.On 4/1/15 eBay closed my claim stating I did not send the scan in time. Meanwhile the item is already delivered back to the seller on 5/1/15. I am repeatedly contacting eBay on phone and each time there is a new issue. First one Azim Khan asked me to submit scan copy again and wait. Did so. Nothing happened. Again called. One said that they have finally received and again asked me to wait. Nothing happened. Again called. One asked me to send a high quality scan as they are not able to read the print. Sent a high quality color scan. Nothing happened.What do I do now. I have spent 164/- to send the item back. The seller said if I claim from him he will not pay the courier charges. Ebay frivolously closed my claim.
