I GOT THE EMAIL MSG FROM EBAY THAT "MY CLAIN WAS REJECTED AS I DIDNOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION TO EBAY FOR EMAIL DATED 05.08.2014". I WISH TO TELL THAT I HAVE EMAILED THE REQUIRED INFORMATION VERY SAME DAY I.E. 05.08.2014 ON THE GIVEN EMAIL IDS OF EBAY. I HAVE ALSO MENTIONED IN MY EMAIL THAT DUE TO RAINS MY PHONE SERVICES ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY BUT STILL ALL INFROMATIONS ARE PROVIDED BY EMAIL. ON 07.08.2014, I HAVE ATTACHED 3 PHOTOS OF THE ITEM WHICH NEEDS REPLACEMENT DUE TO DEFECTS ON MY EBAY PROFILE (WHERE I HAVE REGESTERED THE REPLACEMENT COMPLAINT) AND SAME WAS ALSO COMMUNICATED TO EBAY THROUGH EMAIL . I REGULARLY CHECKED MY STATUS OF CLAIM ON EBAY AND "CLAIM IN PROGRESS" WAS DISPLAYED. HOWEVER ON 11.08.2014, I RECEIVED A SMS FROM EBAY STATING THAT MY CLAIM IS REJECTED ON THE GROUND THAT IN AM NOT PROVIDING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND PHONE FROM CUSTIMER CARE IS NOT BEEN ATTENDED BY ME. HOW CAN I KNOW THAT PHONE IS RINGING WHEN IT IS NOT WORKING DUE TO RAINS. ALL REQUIRED INFORMATIONS HAVE ALREADY BEEN TIMELY EMAILED TO EBAY. I CAN FORWARD AFORSAID EMAILS REPLIES DATED 05.08.2014 AND 07.08.2014 TO EBAY (IF REQUIRED). ONE PHOTO OF RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM IS AGAIN ATTACHED HEREWITH FOR YOUR PERUSAL. THE SUPPLIED ITEM IS VERY DAMEGED WITH VAROUS MARKS, SCRATCHES ION THE MIRROR AND FRAME IS ALSO DAMAGED. THEREFORE IT IS REQUESTED TO PLS RECONSIDER THE CLAIM AND PROCESS THE REFUND / REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM
