Just write "Please Remove Negative Feedback" as a follow up comment and it will be removed after confirming from the Trust and safety. Or send a mail to inrswebhelp@ebay.com mentioning the seller id and the "Please Remove Negative Feedback" comment in the subject. It will be automatically removed by them.
