Hello
I suggested a camera on ebay and paid a short time later. However, the seller never sent me the item. I was in constant contact and reminding the seller to send the product but I never received it. I contacted ebay for support, but since I had not used Paypal for making the payment, there was not much I could do.The seller again was contacted again and stated that this time they will make a refusal but soon the seller has been blocked by ebay and I can not send more messages to the seller. I lost my money and I did not object either (it was a DSLR, so it was expensive). I have the bank details of the seller on which I sent themoney by electronic means from my Internet banking service. The seller is based in Italy. Could someone help me and guide me on the next steps?
