Hi Team,
I bought an IPhone from your company (Ebay) on 30th September 2015 , But the product which you have delivered is not working so I raised a claim on 2nd November , but I didn't got any update from you till now (More than a month ), I never seen this type worst service in any of the online product sites and I am completely pizzed of from your company
I called 20 times to your customer care but your agents are reading the same script non of them are responsible and trained enough to answer the customer queries ,
I never buy any products from your company and I will send this info to all my friends to stop buying anything from ebay ,also from tomorrow I will post this info in all the social media like Facebook , twitter and etc...
Also I wont leave you , I am raising this complaint to Consumer forum with the help of a lawyer and very soon you will face the consequences ...
WORST SERVICE .. NON RESPONSIBLE AGENTS .. FAKE PROMISES ...
