I am very old member of ebay but surprisingly I found that ebay guarantee is nothing but an eyewash. My item was not delivered to me and I raised a claim for refund under ebay guarantee. The tracker of courier company was shpwing that item had not been delivered and the Seller also confirmed that item appeared to have been lost by courier company but the Customer care executive sent me mail that Item is Treated as Delivered. It was quite disgusting and annoying. The Customer care executives are too callous or they have been trained in this way. But I was lucky to have a good seller. I requested him to look into the matter and informed my disappointment from ebay. The seller sent me another item free of cost . Thanks to him.
I would like to say that ebay guarantee is not trustworthy but one can trust most of the sellers and they must contact them in case of any trouble.
