I recently ordered a nokia lumia 520 and once ordering was wanted to upgrade my order to 820, But after contacting the Customer care they told me to contact the seller to either they'll cancel the order or they'll upgrade the order CS (Ebay cannot do anything) but the seller on 8826894202 has never answereed the call nor respnded to email.
This is really very bad if a company like ebay makes seller who cannot cumminicate to their buyer.
I still haven't opened the BOX can the seller upgrade it now?
