Does ebay provide coupons for the expenses incurred by the customer. I was suppose to receive one for Rs. 400/-. Even after numerous mails, phone calls and did chat for which I have already spent more than Rs. 100/-. More than one month passed but still I have not received any coupon/response from ebay. You can judge how the services of ebay is.
