I wanted to return an item which I purchased through ebay but no one is giving me a satisfying answer. I contacted customer care executives but to no avail, they say wait for 48 hrs after that 72 hours and after that 10 days. What do you think I am. A chutiya?
I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise I will file a complaint with the consumer forum
