I purchased a mobile(jupiter z7) on ebay. I purchased on 11-Apr-16. I return the item and raise the Claim with ID-1904139. The claim is closed on 26th may,2016 by ebay with agreed for refund the total amount with in 15 to 20 working days. But till I did not receive my refund. I never face any problem with other e commerce like flipkart and amazon while refund the item. But ebay is worst e commerce site. I will go through the consumer form court, if i am not receive my amount.
