I am not able to make payment with HDFC CC. Facing problem since June 2014.
I called up the bank and they said the bank doesnt block or decline your transactions. they said could be with ebay india website.
why does Ebay India allow paypal or other methods as payment to ease buyer woes.
who will buy on ebay if they have issues witheir payments not going through
