I am being cheated by eBay or Seller. I trusted on eBay Guarantee and ordered a gold coin from RSBL. Instead of Gold Coin I received metal pendant. I provided all proof to the Seller verification. They wasted my 5 months and today told me that we have rejected your claim.
I have tried to contact the CEO and senior person, but of no use. What should I do now? I am looking for legal remedy for this.
