I am completely shocked that customer care at EBay could be so unhelpful and now give up saying they cannot take my product back and give a refund............ where is the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION........... if i am not happy with a product i should not be harrassed so much............ i need a clear result............... or will NEVER shop on ebay.........
