Gentlemen,

I made the biggest blunder of paying eBay in advance. My above claim is not being processed at all. Whenever I call they say they are escalating my compliant and I will hear from their claims in 48 hours. No one from claims dept called me. This is the 4th time I am being told to expect a call in 48hours. I spoke to supervisor but no use. My claim is more than 25 days and every time I insist when it will be settled they simply hang-up on me. I RECOMMEND NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON EBAY. IF YOU MUST THEN OPT FOR COD AND MAKE PAYMENT AFTER YOU ARE SURE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT.
