I bought an item(SET OF2 New Stick Touch Lamp)on date 18.11.2014 at 10:56 pm, through net banking (State bank of India), but the page at EBay said, ”Transaction was not successful”, though the amount had already been debited from my account,And EBay has not acknowledged my order till date.
My online transaction was "***" and transfered to EBAY account no.***.
EBAY KINDLY ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AS i DO NOT KNOW HOW AND WHERE TO PROCEED.THANK YOU..

Hello buddy. Such debited amount would be credited back to you within 20-45 days. Just need patience. This happen when servers are conjusted and down.
