i have order motox ,but the seller is fraud no contact number ,given fake AWB number please help

i purchased MOTO x n ebay ,i have received a message from ebay that the product as been removed and the seller provided fake AWB number of dtdc,in which there is no tracking,Help me i m really worried about the money
