For getting any service on the Dell battery sold by ebay who do I contact?For any problem within the warranty period will ebay be responsible for taking the product from me and giving it to the vendor for replacement or repair?If not who do I contact?
On the other hand,I did not get any warranty card separately but it is only written in the bill.Will it work as the warranty proof?
