Ebay is a fraud.

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase two items at time for which I received damaged item. FIrst when i received the first item, it was tempered. Then they issues a bonus card for same and when i got the second item. It too came tempered. I opened a claim on the same day i received the item and now i see that the claim has not been registered. When i try to register a claim it shows me all the details which i have entered and now they say it has been 45 days, and i cannot register a claim. Literally its called cheating EBAY.

I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that.

Thanks or shall i say no thanks EBAY. You guys are just like little thugs and cheat.
