Ebay india has lost its credibility and it is advised not to go for shopping thru this shopping site particularly for items shown by foeeign suppliers.
That is what my worst experience while purchasing samsung galaxy tab 10.1(from foreign supplier named lcddisplay1018) for 19009 INR.
I purchased brand new in may17 and in july it got touch problem so i made correspondence with them thru ebay.in and they agreed to refund the full amount provided i send the same to them at hongkong directly of course the said mail was received thru ebay.in only.
I spent 3400INR more and sent them the same on sept.17 and it was received by them and vide their email dated 26.9.17 the cleared the refund to paisapay and confirmed to me.
But ebay.in is yet to refund me the money. I have made chat calls voice calls and emails to ebay.in but they always said that talk to the seller only, when seller has confirmed in the email that the have cleared the refund, why should i talk to the seller at such a far place.
So from the above you can conclude the ebay is not working with clean image and the have gulped my genuine and reasonable refund.
The situation is neither i hv tablet nor the refund and spent INR 3400 more in sending the same.
I think the ebay started with a bang their operation in india but it was not expected from them.
