Recently i'm having trouble with fraud selelrs providing fake details of shipment so that order is not canceled and then keep the order on hold for months. And customer support just ask us to wait till the last commited date that is usually more than 2 weeks.
By that time u have no idea whether u will get the item or not and since ur money is stuck here and can not go and buy somewhere else. While othe online shopping site usually takes 2-5 days to deliver products to your door step ebay takes months to process it completely.
What is the policy of Ebay if seller is providing fake shipment details?
