Ebay - Loosing loyal customers like me

I am purchasing on Ebay from last 7-8 years and never face any issues like I am facing now. Now when I used to order, the order either not gets shipped at all or shipped but never delivered or if delieverd then its badly damaged product. This is happening with me 3rd time in a row and even its customer care and ebay gaurantee couldn't able to do much as it seems that they don't care for their truthworthy customers at all.

 

With this treatment I am sure slowly but surely they will loose all their customers and finally site shut down due to bad publicity, low standards and cheap customer care.

 

My recent experience of purchasing geyser is a nightmare. Their courier partner Blue Dart refuse to deliver at all and even if I want to receive myself then they said they send back to seller. It seems that they want to keep it for themselves as winters are approaching and Ebay Customer care acts like nothing serious happen. They are not much keen to refund my money even on repeated request. So this kind of experience must be shared with the public so that everyone must be aware of it.

 

I might loose my 4300 amount but Ebay will loose the loyal customers like me who keeps ordering all the time. If they will not do anything to improve themselves then surely end is coming soon for Ebay.
