Ebay is not responding from more than one month to any of my emails regarding the refund for two fake watches: 482482 and 482594. Ebay promised to send DD for refund within 15days on 10-May-14 and now not responding at all. I communicated my issue through emails, phone calls and chat..all customer care representative are saying the same answers like parrots " we are reviewing your case..we have escalated it...we will revert back to you within next 48hours". What kind of Ebay Guarantee is this? Is this your way of providing 100% customer sasifatcion guaranteed? I am glad that I have never bought any expensive items from ebay and preferred Flipkart since ebay is not at all reliable. Ebay not taking any action against the seller and not refunding my money also. It is a worst kind of expereince and lesson learnt is not to buy from ebay.
I dont have any hope that ebay will respond to this message. Ebay's 100% customer satisfaction Guarantee is as fake as their products...regretting my decision of buying from ebay though many of my friends warned me...
