I have a problem with a product purchased through ebay in. The seller has mentioned on ebay site as "UNUSED BRAND NEW PRODUCT AND HAS SENT ME A DISPLAY & DAMAGED PRODUCT. The seller sold me a Seiko Clock with scratches at the back. They are visible on site, but I did not notice them as it was mentioned as "BRAND NEW, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED PRODUCT". I HAD RAISED MY CLAIM ON ebay GUARANTEE BUT SOME LADY BY NAME DIVYA SAID THAT, IT IS SHOWN ON WEBSITE AND THEREFORE YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED AND CLOSED.
