Delay from EBAY in shipping product

Hi,

       I have purchased a product on 29th july.  Seller confirmed to ebay that item is ready to be shipped on 2 Aug.  But, there is a delay from ebay /courrier(aramex) in picking item from seller and shipping. I have called to customer care four times and they are more interested in initiating a refund than to actually solve my problem and get the item shipped.

 

I DO NOT want a refund. I want my product.

 

Please let me know if there is any escalation matrix to help me in this issue.
