Had a very bad experience of buying a mobile (giving resound, sound problem) in ebay. Regarding the same when i called the seller, he told me to raise a complaint with ebay. As per his suggession I raised a complaint in ebay. I got a call from ebay suggesting me to go to the service centre and get it repaired. But ebay website displays "100% satisfaction, refund and replacement", what for these words are mentioned in the site, when they are not going to help the customers. If I am free I would have gone to the mobile shop for buying a mobile, why I will choose online shopping, now they have suggested me to go to the service centre and get it repaired. So I would like request the people to think twice before buying any online (in ebay).
