Hi,
I had raised a claim for a faulty Sony xperia T2 ultra mobile piece. I also got a claim id854008. My issue is still not resolved by still i can see the claim raised by me in the portal.
I did receive a call yesterday but it was incomplete as call got disconnected and the executive didnt call back. Need to resolve it fast as i am losing time and patience
