I want to buy an item from a seller in India. He has written to me that I can pay through bank transfer after I buy the item. He says most of his Indian buyers buy in this fashion.
But I don't find a way on the ebay.com site to buy an item without paying at the same time. There is no way to buy first and pay later. Unfortunately the seller is not able to help, as he says he has no buying experience, but his Indian buyers first buy, and then pay him through bank transfer.
Can anyone help me how to buy and pay later?
