I was buying a 4G router yesterday but the payment page after transaction being successful shows that the transaction was incomplete.I paid through Freecharge wallet and also got cashback from freecharge implying the successful transfer of money from freecharge to eBay.I contacted eBay but they denied of any transaction made.They repleid in the chat that may be the transaction should have gone "missing".I have filed a complaint to freecharge regarding this transaction.Pleas eBay guide me to how and when the money is going to be refunded.
