i had purchased an SANDISK 32gb memorycard from seller on 17.2.2016.the selller provided a wrong and defective product to me.i had filed an ebay guarantee claim.An executive called me from ebay i had told him all the problem he simply said try to contact your seller and rejected my claim.when im trying to contact the seller his number is always switched off.when im checking about the seller details its shows the member is no longer a registered eBay user.e bay is a place that anyone can sell duplicate prouct and fool someone who trusted in e-commerce.Try to learn atleast 50% from other ecommerce site about how they are cairing their customers.i had tried to contact with ebay customer care through mail
how a duplicate product get manufacturing warranty ?
