what time period limit for claiming because your claim department does not response with in 5 days

I have received a differnet item which i ordered. I had filed a claim but there is no response from your customer service center. My paisa pay id is *** and claim id is *** till date no satisfaction claim date 17-07-2015. please help as you can.
