Hi my buyers i am T.Natarajan seller of the ebay id thegenuinecollections.

I have been suspended from ebay for which no reason has been offered.

If you have been my buyer and reading this forum i would like to clear you the following.

1.I did not run away from ebay and its ebay who has suspended me.

2.As far my knowledge and through your words and feedbacks i know i had given you a nice shopping experience and you know it.(There are no negative or nuetral feedbacks)

3.In case any of the watches i sold you malfunctioned during the warranty period and you want to claim the free warranty do not hesitate to call or mail me even though i may not be in ebay as a seller.I hope you have my mail id and contact number.

4.I did not sell any counterfeit or fake items.I did not run like some other fake sellers.I have been suspended by ebay for no reason.

5.I am ready to offer or support any issue with the products i have sold you.I was honest and will be.

Hi Ujjwal sir i will surely send your warranty card and the printed manual soon.I hope to receive it after the pooja holidays.

To my latest buyer who have paid me via DD for the order,i will ship the order as per your instructions and i will be always available in the phone number i have provided you and mail id.

My buyers and others please do not add me to the list of cheating sellers and fake sellers:( All things i have done is for the betterment of my buyers and ebay only.That is why i have been suspended.

My buyers and God know about me.

I think rajelectroniks has a point.If the issue is of getting a proper dealership from the parent company,a warning should have been given prior to suspension or atleast the seller should have been notified after doing so specifying the reason.In that case he can contact the brands and get it resolved , if possible.

Hi rajelectroniks i decided to sell these brands because they are not available in ebay India.I wanted Indian customers to get benefited and enjoy these brands.........

You are missing the whole point here.

-Under what or whose authority are you selling these high brand watches?
-Have any of the above brands authorised you to sell their watches on their behalf?
-Who takes care of service warranty, do you provide genuine bill with the product, have you checked that your bill is validated(honoured) by the company service center?
-How do you get these product, do you resell them from somebody or do you import them or they are from grey market?
-Do you have valid CST Nos and VAT Nos for selling?

You admitted that you are MBBS student and your listing runs in lakhs, how are you are able to fund and source these products?

You just cannot compare yourself to ebay.com or uk sellers, how do you know what is arrangement there with the sellers and parent company?

Hi rajelectroniks of course i am an MBBS student.That does not mean i should not have money.I came to ebay not for making profit alone.

I wanted to learn basics of marketing and good relationship with buyers.I bet you can ask any of my customers about how the business deal with me was.If at least one person replies negative i will stop everything in ebay.

I have my items imported from valid license holders of these items from various countries who are the dealers of those items.I pay customs taxes every time.

And regarding your doubt about the funding , my dad is a Real Estate Major and i am not pauper.We deal in millions of Rupees every year and i am also establishing my Real Estate business in various countries.Do you think i would have a funding problem?Only thing is use a fixed money for trading in ebay.

These listings will be available till they end and i cannot relist unsold items or list new items for sale.

Hi rajelectroniks i am buying from authorized dealers only and reselling them in ebay.in.

I am offering six months - 1 year local warranty on the watches i sell.

And i never buy from grey market and i do not know how to buy from grey market even.

Why not let them talk? Ebay must tell us why they are doing this. Is it a limit on volume of sells?

This seller is open and honest.He informed me his paisapay account is suspended even before i purchased the item from him and informed me to buy from some other seller.He patiently explained me about ebay and its structure and his suspension also.Yet i bought the item from him since he is honest.I do not know much about ebay's policy's as i am new to ebay but this seller need not be suspended is my view.

Hi amitava sir happy to share with you this news.I have started selling in ebay.com with new range of watches.I hope you remember that you offered me advice to sell in ebay.com when i said that i was suspended from ebay.in's paisapay registration.
Still they are not ready to inform me the reason for my suspension.

I am taking it as a challenge to sell in ebay.com and increase sales 10 folds than in ebay.in so that ebay.in should feel for throwing me out.
