seller avoid my call and mail after he receive my payment?

I've purchased nokia N73 music edition mobile on 10th march and paid through bank transfer. after i pay the money seller avoiding my call and not responding to my mail. But he again and again selling the same item here, so wot shall i do now? pls help me to solve this problem coz i've paid my hard earned money...

Seller id no_limit_mobiles and item no 250092700385 New Nokia N73 Music Edition 2 GB Memory . Money transter date 10 march 2007, money transfered to his icici bank account from my icici bank account. still now no mail from seller and he avoiding my calls and mails.

I am facing same problem, i hv won mobile on last friday. I am trying to contact seller since that ay by mail and moile but no reply at all, by god grace i've not made payment yet but how can we trust on seller on this kind of behavier.
