i justpurchaseda camera. Picture shown is silver, no option to chose a colour. when it arrived it is black.

also the camera is advertisedas brand new, when infact i turned it on and there were pictures on the camera memory..

what is the best thing to do???

if you bought the product in new condition, then the selles should not have opened the box, it appears that he has. the seller should replace it with a seal pack product.
