I bought New "Blackberry Torch 2 9810 - 8 GB - Grey - Smartphone (Imported)" (Item number ***) from ebay Guaranteed seller. But actual product was not delivered as per mentioned. Seller send me used or repaired product, Seller send me Duplicate Blackberry headset, Blackberry OEM Charger. EBay call center is also not helpful. Their claim system is always down. eBay customer care employee's 48 hours and 72 hours can’t stop for last 20 days. So do not trust ebay & ebay guarantee, do not buy any product from eBay.
I will take legal action against eBay India for harassing a buyer. Kindly refund my money immediately.
