paymet failed but amount was deducted from paytm wallet

Today I made a purchace of usb jack for headphone, after payment from my paytm wallet it showed transaction failed now amount is deducted I dont know what happend also i dont have any id to track the issue please help.

I am also faceing same issue.On 17th March 2015 while I was paying for a product of Rs.962.78 through Paytm, but unfortunately the money was deducted from my account and reflected on my paytm account with Paytm Cash Txn ID 744A5538C9FEC6CB and BILLDESK Order #BPT23707936918. I had lodged a complain with you with complain ID I-45088387723 on 17th March 2015. Till now I have not received any information regarding my complain from eaby.
