i have bought a item soldering kit frm ebay.in. i payed through sbi maestro debit card.amount was debited but at the end it showed a message somewhat similar to payment unsucccessful but amount was debited frm my account.before ordering total items sold was 148 after my orger it was 149 but my name was not there.also it is not in my items bought list.and i didnt received any message frm ebay that i have bought this item.i want a refund now.a sooner reply will be helpful
