paid but sellers refuses to ship

I HAVE PURCHASED SEVEN ITEMS FROM A SELLER AT EBAY..AND PAID HIM IN HIS PRIVATE ACCOUNT BY CHEQUE..FIRST HE SAYS THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT
THEN..SOME OTHER EXCUSES AND REFUSES TO SHIP..
NOW HE WANTS TO REFUND..I AM WANTING ONLY MY SEVEN ITEMS AND NOT A REFUND..
WHY EBAY KEEPS SUCH PEOPLE AS CLIENTS..

You need not worry and it is great that you haven't provided any description about the seller or the item. That is a good gesture to protect the privacy of a seller.

Regarding your issue:
You can file an Item Not Received case against the seller. If eBay asks you the proof, pls provide your bank statement that mentions that your money was withdrawn by the seller.

You put this item on advertisement mail and in the home page of global ebay .
and the seller has not shipped the item , and i think am going to get bull*** refund .
Globay ebay thinks that the money grows in the tree or in the garage shelf .

If the item is not in stock ,
why did you sent us the mail limited stock hurry ortherwise you will get raper of banana

Then the banner on global ebay ,
" OH SORRY WE RAN OUT OF STOCK AND BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME WITH CRYING SMILEY "

As mentioned in my e-mail, this was a delay in shipping caused due to the product unexpectedly running out of stock with the US Seller.

Note that we are NOT going to issue a refund and are going to ship the item as we described and 'advertised'. You should receive shipping tracking information for this in a couple of days.
