i just bought note 3 but afraid is their any octroi for kalyan dombivli in 2014 ?shipment havent delivered yet.seller send parcel through bluedart.
i heard there is lbt(local body tax )is applicable.and octroi is no longer applicable in dombivli. i havent seen the octroi guys in dombivli since 2011
i read it somewhere that octroi guys can tear the parcel and look what inside . is this happen can i reject the item ?is ebay can protect me if i reject the item for money back.
