how to return my item and get my cash back

i have ordered blanket and they gave me bedsheet..........so i want my money back and till now they have not contacted me i mailed so many times and the image of the item but then also no response.

             First raise a guarantee claim on ebay,  and inform about this,  then ebay would contact seller and solve this.
