fake jewelery

i bought bracelet and rings from saijewelery. the colour of the gold turns black within a week. anyone have any idea about this seller??? i paid 5600/- for the three items, now i dont know what to do.

i have already checked with DTDC and its listed as delivered, i even called up the DTDC people, and confirmed delivered. but the seller will not reply. theres nothibg i can do now, the ebay people also cannot help me. its my bad luck i guess, but if the selller is so cheap as wanting to lie just for rs.4500/- let him have it, i feel really sorry for his poor heart.
