i bought a it title is USED - XPERIA X1 - DIsplay not proper.

seller id : s.sudharsan86
in listing seller clearly specify that that mobile need repairing for display . after repairing i find that the mobile not only have one problem they have many problem. then i file a claim under ebay guarantee. the claim is "after changing the display its working good. it come to me on 15th july. after changing the display from the repairing center i find that the upper speaker, camera flash, front camera is not working. key pad is hard to press repairing center need more money to repair it. the seller not provide me any bill. seller give me charger of Motorola mobile phone & data cable." now ebay claim adjuster aniket say that after repairing your claim is not eligible for ebay guarantee & close the case. when I call on ebay 18002093229 (customer care) to change claim adjuster they we can't do this. i want to know that if ebay can not take guarantee of this type item then why they allow to sell it. now i find that i only purchase a scrap by ebay & i am helpless. can any buddy help me what i do in this condition? what about other charger & data cable?

now ebay suspended my account on 19-07-2011 for one year. i trying to contact ebay they only say that contact after one year to review your case. now really prove that we are help less.
