I have provided you with all the links, why don't you read for yourself what your rights are and what you will get. I know in what state of mind you are now but please keep your cool and think clearly. I think you are just being too hasty in this matter.
When you filed case under "EBAY GUARANTEE PROGRAM" it asks you clearly if you want refund or replacement, then how do you say "what will happen". When ebay has asked you to return the defective goods back please send it back to the seller and email the proof of dispatch copy to ebay at the given email address. Please read the Guarantee program terms carefully, even your dipstach cost will be reimbursed back to you by ebay, but please read properly first.
You will have to keep your presence of mind.
