ebay Guarantee Claims 490764 , cheated by ebay claim department

Claim no 490764, status: Pending.

 

ebay Guarantee Claims has clearly set the rule and time lines for the action's need to be taken with in the timeline, which can be editable by the claim department. 

 

 

Even you follow all the rules as per the ebay guarntee program, thease can be altered by the claim department, and keep altering the whole case.

 

example: After paying by paisa pay payment there is no point to get an updat on claim "veryfying the buyer proof of payment"  after the 1 month of the paid time line. 

 

Preaparing a Case againest ebay....!

 

very bad experience lost 35000/- placing an order on ebay 25 april 2014. claimed not resolved, seller send the wrong item, after return backed the item to the seller still not received the item, when u call ebay guarentee u have to keep in waiting for atleast 20 min. after customer representive picked the call and will get back to you with the answer "sir we have escalated the issue you will be getting update with in 24/48 hour, this is what you will get when u call them each time he will ask the claim id and keep your phone on hold". my  Claim Id490764 still not resolved.

 

would like to go for consumer court againest ebay. this Ebay guarntee is bull**bleep**, attracting people to buy/sell on ebay to make money from seller.

 

lost money, not received the product also. This ebay should banned, atleast people will save the money not to do Trading on ebay.

 

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM EBAY, CLAIM DEPARTMENT AND SELLER BOTH ARE MAKING MONEY BY FOOLING BUYER'S.
