I'd like to reiterate the fact that eBay has a very strong
Buyer Protection Program which protects the buyers purchasing on our platform. We will ensure that we take all the necessary steps to help you get your money back.
I'm sure you would agree with me that before taking any decision we have to investigate the matter thoroughly as initiating a claim to you also means adverse consequences on the seller's account. This takes a couple of days.
Having said that, there is no denial of the fact that you tried all that you could to contact the seller and then trying to resolve the issue by opening a dispute to which the seller failed to respond.
I've escalated this matter to the concerned team and you will surely get a response.
